The Main Installation Ways of LED Display

LED display is becoming more and more widely applied nowadays. When the application area and installation environment are different, the installation way of LED display is also different. Next, Xiaobian will briefly introduce several common ways and diagrams of LED screen installation.

1. Mounted on the wall

1) this installation is usually used for indoor or semi outdoor

2) the display area of the screen is small, and generally it does not leave the maintenance channel space, the whole screen is taken off for maintenance, or it is made into a folded integral frame.

3) the area of the screen is slightly larger, and the front maintenance design is generally adopted (i.e., the front maintenance design, usually using the column assembly).

2、Cantilevered Installation

1) this way is mostly used in indoor and semi outdoor

2) generally used in the entrance of the passageway, the corridor and the entrance of the station, the train station, the subway entrance, etc.

3) it has been used for road, railway and expressway to be used for traffic induction

4) the design of the panel is generally adopted, or the design of the hoisting structure.

3. Hanging Installation

The installation method is the same as the cantilever installation method, and the application is the same. The screen body adopts a whole cabinet design, which is suitable for indoor and semi outdoor screens.

4. Column Installation

There are many ways of installing the column type, which are generally used for outdoor advertising.

1) Dan Lizhu installation: applicable to Xiaoping application

2) double column installation: applicable to large applications

3) closed maintenance channel: suitable for simple box

4) open maintenance channel: suitable for standard box

5.Inserted Installation

1) the whole LED large screen is embedded in the wall, showing the same horizontal plane with the wall.

2) the use of simple box design

3) general use of front maintenance (positive maintenance design)

4) this installation is used by Touchi and outdoors, but it is generally used with small size and small size.

5) usually used in the entrance of the building, the hall of the building, and so on

6. Standing Installation

1) generally use the integrated cabinet design, also FenLieShi combination design

2) suitable for indoor small dot screen specifications

3) the general display area is small

4) the main typical application of LED TV design
